My name is Fred. I'm a radiation therapist here at Advanced Prostate Cancer Institute. The staff here at our office is small. We are a standalone clinic. We have two nurses up front. There are three full-time therapists. We have an office manager, a physicist, and a doctor. So it doesn't take a rocket scientist to sit there and count up. It's not very many people. When you're dealing in a small outfit like this, honestly, your care is even better. Communication is key. Everyone talks well together. We work well together. We work side by side, and we help each other out constantly. There's no problem with walking into the physics office and saying, I've got this right now. What do we need? There's no problem with going to the doctor and saying, Doc, we're seeing this right now. Can you check this? Everybody here works hand in hand. It is probably the most comfortable center I've ever worked in."
