I've spent hours today on this video - so frustrating. 1:40 of music recorded onto DAT, MD, Cassette and reel to reel. The cassette and the digital ones were plug and go, but the reel to reels needed, cleaning, level adjustments, more cleaning, tape changes, more cleaning and one I have decided really needs somebody who has the time and skills to make it work. It should be so much better - but it's just awful. My point, is that some formats really just don't age well - out of proportion to their cost and potential. There are a few machines here. DAT, MD, Cassette and a couple of reel to reels. I'll let you decide. WARNING - it's very long, and very boring, so feel free to ignore this one. I had to get my frustration off my chest! Sorry!
