Using an aftermarket tonearm and phono preamp Paul modifies his Numark PT01USB record player to use a hi-fi Ortofon Omega cartridge to sound better and treat his vinyl right. This portable turntable sounds way better than a cheap Crosley or Victrola, and now the stylus tracks under 2 grams, instead of the vinyl-wearing 5 grams or more of cheap record players.
