Lake Como lives up to its magic and romance🙌.

After dear friends invited us to stay with them at their @airbnb lake front villa in Menaggio, Lake Como , we had a big yes!

We had a fabulous time even while dodging rain showers! We got lucky and managed a bike tour, boat rides, boat tour, hikes, even visiting other towns around the lake! I admit, I’d rather dodge a little rain than the crowds summer brings. We thoroughly loved every minute and every morsel of food we ate! We ate at amazing restaurants all over Como, drank beautiful Italian wines, and relished the beauty that surrounded us🙌🫶

We had so much fun visiting the beautiful Villa Corlotta Garden and ate an exceptional gluten free friendly lunch!

We ferried and took boat taxis to the towns of Verenna and Bellagio. Walked and ate wonderful meals there.

All in all we highly recommend adding Lake Como to your bucket list! It is everything one might imagine🫶 try tho and go a little off season!
