✔️Dough
1 egg [60 grams]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
2 tsp instant yeast [6 grams]
1 cup evap. milk [240 ml]
1/4 cup veg. oil [60 ml]
3 cups all purpose flour [405 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]

✔️Filling
1/3 cup butter [80 grams]
1/2 cup brown sugar [100 grams]
3 cups grated fresh coconut [225 grams]

This is my second version of Pan de Coco, this time around with the use of evaporated milk. Evaporated milk is denser than water or fresh milk but is richer in flavor. Such type of milk may affect dough consistency.
