When Rejuvenate got reworked, many people's first thoughts were about Raum - the king of self sustain. However, many were also initially disappointed when it seemed that Raum's soul armor didn't actually work with Rejuvenate. However, that's not exactly the case. Rejuvenate doesn't help Raum build up his soul armor initially, but once it's at the cap, Rejuvenate will affect ALL the healing from the souls he gathers, on top of the healing he gets/gives from cards and Subservience! This has been a huge indirect buff for the Lord of the Abyss, but is it enough to push him up into the meta?
