Emily felt like sharing her story would help her navigate through grief, so I wanted to give her a platform to do so. I’ve waited to bring this up until now because this was for her to open up about, it’s an extremely brave subject to speak openly on.

Emily lost her big brother Zach to suicide in 2020z It’s been the most challenging year of her life but she still wants to help those who may relate to her grief and pain.
