I'm really sorry it took such a while to get out, I was just lazy; but now its out. I kind of wanted to make this after i was trying to upgrade from the 490 and I found the tablet I kept getting recommended (the 480) was stupid expensive (at least where I looked). Once I found some older tablets that performed the same as the 480 but costed a fraction of the price (cheaper than the huion 420) I wanted to make the video so people aren't steered in the wrong direction for a tablet and end up paying too much (I know I paid too much for my 490 and I don't want others to make the same mistake)
edit: I only just remembered Reimu-Desu used to also use the 460
