i want to stop weeds under our apple tree, and we got lots of grsvel to spare when rebuilding our retaining wall. So, i put the gravels under my apple tree for weed control.

here are the steps:
1. dig out the weed
2. dig 3-4 inches deep of soil
3. lay down the landscape fabric
4. add gravel on top of fabric
5. temper gravel down

Just that easy! You can do it too.
