Another radiant heat video for you guys. This is a house I built for a rental. We used an HTP Phoenix light duty 50 gallon propane fired water heater to heat this little house. This house was super insulated with dence packed cellulose insulation and foam board. The heat system is very simple with one zone and one pump running off the water heater. This house cost $3.00 a day to heat up here in central New York. We have some cold temps here but this house is always super toasty and comfortable.
