French President Emmanuel Macron says he remains committed to reinforcing the EU's borders on a visit to Hungary with other Central European countries.
However, Macron's message of strengthening democratic standards, including LGBTQ rights, did not go down as well.
Discussing threats from Russia also dominated talks with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
