I made the cutter three-layer because I didn’t have a large thick workpiece, but I had blanks for cutting cutters from a quick cutter R6M5.

If you make a wide cutter from one such plate, then with a large overhang it will bend greatly. Therefore, to increase rigidity, I made the cutter composite and glued it together from three identical plates.
I sharpened the cutter, made the front angles on all sides about 30 degrees, and the back angles about 25 degrees.
I tried the work of the cutter on a birch tree.
The cutter works well.
The result is a good shaped compound cutter for shaped wood processing.
