Chilli (मिर्ची) - 50 Gram or 15 in no.
Garlic (लहसुन)- 12 in no.
Salt (नमक) - 11/2 Tsp
Lemon juice (नींबू का रस)- 1 Tsp

NIMBU MIRCHI :

Chilli (मिर्ची)- 75 Gram or 21 in no.
Salt (नमक) - 11/2 Tbsp
Fennel ( सौफ)- 11/2 Tsp
Rai Dal ( राई दाल)- 3 Tbsp
Turmeric (हल्दी)- 1 Tsp
Asofoetida (हींग) -2 pinch
Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)- 2 Tsp

MIRCHI KA ACHAR:

Chilli (मिर्ची) - 50 Gram or 15 in no.
Fennel ( सौफ़) -11/2 Tsp
Rai Dal (राई की दाल) - 3 Tsp
Salt (नमक)- 1 Tsp
Coriander powder (धनिया ) - 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli (लाल मिर्ची) - 1 Tsp
Cumin (जीरा) - 1 Tsp
Asofoetida (हींग)- 2 Pinch
Lemon juice (नींबू का रस)- 1 Tsp (optional)
