2003-2009 3rd gen Cummins. The 6.7 Cummins may use some different parts but I’m pretty positive on the 3rd gen it’s basically the same dodge made some changes when the 4th gen came out. Compressor clutch was stuck engaged and stopped creating pressure after the compressor discharged out of the relief valve. I originally tried to just recharge it after I replaced the fan clutch which can cause clutch and compressor failure. I pulled the trigger on a complete ac system replacement because it’s cheaper than replacing the compressor twice!
Make sure to have your A/C system properly evacuated a professional repair shop should evacuate and recharge your system for relatively cheap before and after your repairs
