We are surprised to find good food in this cafe.

We visited Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe located at White Sands shopping mall. This is a "Cha Chaan Teng" dining concept. Since Hong Kong cuisine is very familiar to us—we grew up during the golden era when their tourism, Cantopop, and entertainment were at their peak—we kept our expectations reserved.
