My Dad has slowly been losing swing speed and distance off the tee as he's gotten older.

Six weeks ago I convinced him to try SuperSpeed Golf Training as it had helped me so much to increase my club head speed and distance.

BUT as a Senior Golfer (aged 72), is it too late to try and swing the golf club faster and are were there any issues that he encounter during the overspeed training?
