I realized that I was SLIGHTLY overheating my tires and that caused me to lose a lot of lap time. I was always thinking that the tires started to overheat when I was oversteering or understeering. In reality there are different levels for when the tires overheat and I was only focusing in the EXTREME levels (Where I would end up spinning out). But then there are the SLIGHTLY overheated tires, which can cause a lot of loss of pace WITHOUT being noticed!!

After figuring this out, I am hoping to be able to be faster! So far so good!
