Steps for Windows:

1. Search %AppData% or %USERPROFILE%
2. Go to Apple Computer
3. Then Open MobileSync Folder
4. Open the Backup Folder
5. Find (info) in that Folder.
6. Right Click on (info) and Select Open with WORDPAD
7. Click CTRL + F and search for PRODUCT
8. Under PRODUCT, where it says 15.0, Change that to 14.0
9. Click on Save
10. Done
