Nadia is of Romanian origins but has lived in Italy since she was a girl. Her diverse background made her a target for discrimination which made her feel inadequate. She found comfort in drugs, and then found herself in a situation of substance abuse and addiction. Although it wasn’t an easy journey, at San Patrignano she was able to feel a sense of belonging and found the tools to fight the feelings that were haunting her
