Do it yourself screw oil press SUNFLOWER OIL AT HOME
Hello everybody! In this video I want to talk about my churn. It was made in 1993 and consists of two parts: a motor with a gearbox - 1 to 40 and a screw press. The engine is 3-phase, the squeeze body was taken from the hydraulic cylinder from the straw loader, then this good was still enough. Two bearings were installed in the housing: one ball (ordinary) and the other thrust. A worm shaft was also machined, which is in T-shaped engagement with the main shaft. Bunker from an old washing machine. The thrust bearing flew once, a year and a half after the oil press was made. After that, nothing else has changed, everything still works!
