It is very crispy outside but the potato inside of it is really soft. It also has the stretchy mozzarella cheese inside of potato. It is very delicious.

1. 2 Potatoes
2. Mozzarella Cheese
3. 60g of Frying powder or Flour
4. 1 Egg
5. Breadcrumbs
