In 2016, Karla and Emiliano began fermenting kombucha as a hobby that the two shared. Little by little they increased production and now offer their kombucha commercially reaching various locations around Baja California.
Kombucha has its origins in Asia, in the region between Russia and China going back 2,000 years and has become a popular beverage in the west thanks to its many health benefits. The drink is made from a fermented black tea which provides loads of nutrients and probiotics.
