Noch is the leading manufacturer of model train preformed layouts today; however, in the 1990s Kibri provided stiff competition for Noch with numerous preformed layouts in Z, N, and HO scale. Eventually, Kibri ceased making train layouts, but every once in a blue moon one shows up on auction platform. This is story of how I had to sell my favorite KIbri Rigi N-scale layout, spent nearly two decades trying to find the layout form, and eventually was surprisingly blessed to find a brand new Kibri Rigi on eBay. The video depicts how I rebuilt an all new Rigi.
