What if the notorious Leekley Bible had gone ahead and we got an American reimagining of Doctor Who? Well, it might have sounded like this...

From the imaginary liner notes:
From episode 1x12, “Shada.” The first part of the two-part finalé of Season One was based on an unmade script by Douglas Adams, so the episode was pretty heavy on the comedy, which explains this rather quirky and meandering bit of underscore. It's for the eccentric uncle of the episode's guest star (a Time Lady called Romana), who has retired to modern-day Earth, and from whom the Doctor learns about the titular secret Time Lord prison planet. Because of the university setting (changed to Harvard from the Cambridge in the original script), I used a harpsichord to add a touch of refinement.
