i practiced these runs for about a week
Build:
Wastelander M5 : Perpetual Motion, One Two Punch (Boss Spec)

Flashbang Grenade - the only reasons i picked this were to stop the 50 thrall from jumping me after finishing the 2nd hive guardian in the first room, and to stop the first wizard from killing me when im running into that same room.

Armor:
Assassin's Cowl
Double shotgun ammo finder, 1 melee wellmaker
Shotgun Dexterity, Unstoppable Shotgun
Double Arc Resist, Font of Might
Shotgun Scavenger, Invigoration, Reactive Pulse
Surge Detonators, Special Finisher, Elemental Time Dilation.

EDIT: I put well of ions on the arms now, it fits if you remove any stat mods you have on there

other things: i used mechabre cause with arc burn and minor spec 1 body shot to the red bars leaves them with enough health that i can one shot them without any stacks of combination blow so it makes it really easy to build up stacks at the beginning (thats why i body shot them at the first 13s)
-good for shriekers
-anti barrier is just useless here cause you will one shot the barrier champs 90% of the time, even with only 2 stacks of combination blow you can kill them without anti barrier in two punches(0:21 champ)

hardest thing about this for me was probably the fight right before entering the boss room, the 2 big ogres always made it hard for me and ate all my ammo but i stopped throwing my super at a single one and started trying to group them up then the runs went smoother. also started to kill the shriekers while everything was distracted fighting each other to get rid of alak hul.
