To facililiate easy data collection, a Data Sheet has been designed and is made available in the Downloads Notifications/Circulars. For better understanding, a pre-filled data sheets are made available in the Downloads Notifications/Circulars section for different scenario. If you give the already existing Temporary ID, you can edit the application. On the other way, by giving a new Temporary ID, a new application can be created. Give the Temporary ID Click Fetch Details. If the Temporary ID already exists, it will open the application for editing. If the Temporary ID is new, it will create a new application. After editing / entering data, please click Update Details. Discrepancy Report will report any discrepancy in the applications uploaded by you. After verifying all details and uploads (such as photo & signature), you can take Application Final Copy. Please note, after taking Final Copy, you will not be able to modify any records. After last date, the portal will switch to read-only mode. You can take reports but you cannot upload or edit any data. Please note, uploading of photo & signature is mandatory. Uploading of other certificates such as SSLC mark sheet / Bonafide certificate, certificates of technical qualifications (typewriting, shorthand and accountancy)
