Cherry pie recipe :

Dough
2.5 cups flour (glass volume 200 g)

FILLING
1 kg cherries,
1 cup of sugar,
3 tablespoons cornstarch,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
vanillin

To lubricate the top

2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar.


COOKING

Sift flour through a sieve, add sugar and salt. Add cold butter and chop into crumbs. Add ice water and knead the dough. Send the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Filling:
Remove pits from cherries, add corn starch, sugar, vanillin and lemon juice. To mix everything.

Roll out the dough, put it in a mold, put the cherry filling on top, make a grid of dough on top and send it to the oven. Oven 40-50 min at 200 degrees.
