For production, I used Siberian wood as a base.
The body is made of PPR pipes, welded with a polyfusion welding machine.
The mechanical parts are made of stainless steel.
Power supply is DC 250W
The resistance wire is 0.5 mm NiCr
I made the hinges on a 3D printer
The cutter is intended for cutting XPS and EPS
It is also possible to cut vertically, hockey sticks L profiles around windows
Furthermore, it is possible to cut downfall polystyrene for flat roofs
