While I don't know if the video shows the stuttering well but there is constant stuttering whenever the game loads a new area. Really takes you out of the immersion to have the game stuttering every couple minutes or so. I'd say do not buy this game on PC until a performance patch is released. Applying for a refund as this video is being uploaded.
