Important - To prevent the adverse effects of moisture ingress and risk of damages JELD-WEN UK do not recommend internal products are installed at the 1st fix stage. Please make sure the building is fully sealed, wet works completed and dry before installation of JELD-WEN doorsets to ensure they maintain their intended performance. Careful consideration of seasonal ambient conditions should be made regarding moisture ingress and would recommend all surfaces, edges and cut outs are sealed within 48hrs of installation to prevent moisture ingress into the product”.

Before installing any doorset, please ensure the structural opening is clear of any dust, debris, and any old fixtures. You can use a single longer screw in each hinge when installing your doorset for added confidence depending on the weight of the door.
