Just after midnight on the 4th of April, 1912, Titanic arrived at Berth 44 in Southampton, England where she would stay for 6 days before her maiden departure. Over the week, she would be further fitted out with extra furnishings, fresh paint, and more coal. Her cargo and provisions would also be loaded.
