大家好 明日就是中秋节 在烦恼煮什么妈?我来介绍大家这道黄梨沙拉虾 非常的适合在佳节的时候做 当然材料也是很简单找的哦

需要准备的材料:
中型虾肉 200-250克 蛋清 盐 胡椒 木薯粉
罐头凤梨 1罐
美奶汁
白糖
白醋

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Prawn 200g, devein and leave the tail. Rinse and pat dry. Marinate with 1/3 egg white, little salt, pepper and sesame oil
2. Pineapple (can) separate the pineapple from the syrup
3. Tapioca flour 3tbsp

Salad sauce
1. Mayonnaise 2tbsp
2. Pepper little
3. Sugar 1tsp
4. Vinegar few drops
5. Pineapple syrup 1tbsp

Method
1. Mix all the salad sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well
2. Coat the prawns with tapioca flour.
3. Heat wok with oil to min 140deg. Then place the prawn in and deep fry for 1min. Drain and sift the oil to remove the flour. Then increase the oil temperature and fry the prawn again for 20sec till golden brown.
4. Mix the pineapple with the salad sauce first. Then add the prawn and gently toss so that the prawns are coated with sauce.
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
