The Earth has existed much longer than we have lived on and has given rise to many questions.
There were as many apocalyptic theories as there were those years and mysterious phenomena.
How much do we know about planet Earth?
When people get lost and don't know where to go, they use a compass to get directions.
How can a compass consistently provide direction?
To understand the principles of the compass, we first need to understand the Earth on which we live.
Most people probably don't know that Earth has two North Poles.

The Earth has a geographic North Pole, which is at the northern end of its axis, as we know it, and a magnetic North Pole, which is still moving and indicated by a compass.
Just like the N and S poles of a magnet, there is a magnetic field on Earth at a level that is not harmful to the body.
That is why the Earth is sometimes said to be the largest magnet. It is said that in the distant past, the directions of N and S were opposite to what they are now.
What would happen if the magnetic field were reversed?
