Here am sharing a special beef mandi or beef chilli rice using beef and mandi rice ( sella basmati rice). Rice for this recipe is cooked separatey like ghee rice but it is flavored with stock like mandi. The gravy here is specially made with fried beef and other ingredients. The combination of beef chili gravy with this flavored mandi rice makes this rice recipe more special.
