Rachel saw a bunch of reels on Instagram of people making their own deli meat using a stainless steel meat press. We immediately had to try it for ourselves. For our first round, we're going to us 2 pounds of ground turkey meat from the birds we raised a couple of years ago. The resulting flavor is really amazing, but we need to work more on the texture part. If you've used one of these before and you have recipe suggestions or ideas do please let us know - we'd really like to improve this process.
