LES' one of my favorite neighborhoods in New York. For these shorts, I wanted to spit some of the bars on Veena acapella around the places that meant the most to me coming up, where I paid my dues and became the individual that could rap effortlessly. I don’t know if I identify with being an Indian-American rapper as much as I do a New Yorker who can rap.
