Join us as we watch some trains on the East Coast Mainline fly by on the opening day of Reston train station

The original Reston station was closed during the beeching cuts and today (23/05/22) marked the first time a passenger train stopped there in over 50 years

The new station is located slightly further south from the location of the previous station and cost a total of £20 million with construction starting in February of 2021

We were treated to a variety of traction from LNER, Lumo, TPE, Cross Country and Colas
