Saibling catch, clean, and cook! The Saibling looks like a cross between a brook trout and a lake trout. They fight hard and have beautiful colorations. They are a species of trout and are a ton of fun to catch, and everyone loves smoked trout. They also taste great smoked! In this episode we chase some of these awesome German fish species with the ultralite, then I demonstrate my method to clean them and smoke them. I don´t go into great detail into how to smoke them, but stay tuned for a follow-up step by step tutorial on how to smoke Trout/Saibling! Smoked Trout (Saibling) is great!
