At Circular Quay, an elevated train station and freeway were built in the 1950s. These structures have been controversial from the start, and there have been plans to tear them down ever since they were built. In this video I investigate these plans to rejuvenate the precinct, and potentially turn the Cahill Expressway into a New York style High Line park.
