We understand that finding belonging is a critical component of mental wellness, so at Ready Nest Counseling, we’ve created these SAFE and SECURE spaces where you can connect with others who can truly understand what you’re going through.

Each Constellation is led by a Ready Nest Counselor who is trained as an expert in that specific topic. And, since the groups meet virtually, this means they are available to everyone, everywhere, connecting you with a diverse group that’s all going through similar, sensitive journeys.
