This is about the 2007 Les Paul standard plus. I come across this guitar when I was testing a wide range of LPs for a video and was so taken by the guitar that I part exed my 2019 Les Paul Classic for it right away. The guitar has been modded with Heritage (Gibson) pickup rings like from the R9 and monotone 500k pots and Monty's oil capacitors and 50s wiring configuration. The guitar is a chambered model and weighs at 7lb6 which was my birth weight ;) the guitar really rings and is beautiful. It has so much more vibe than anything else I have (maybe apart from my 1997 usa strat which I have had for 20 years now. This guitar has lacquer and binding checking and the red dye has bled into the binding on vintage guitars. The finish has matted a little in areas and just has the most broken in feel.

I recommend looking at USA Gibsons from this era as they have a real vintage vibe and allot of the same adornments you would expect in reissues.
