Eplus Flash customizes the factory parameters of the Shimano EP801/EP600 motor (speed at 35 or 60 km/h) without the need to install hardware in the motor. The speed and all data will be calculated and displayed correctly on the display.

To proceed with the unlocking, it is necessary to disconnect every connected device from the motor, including the battery, both during the unlocking and during the restoration of the original firmware; Failure to comply with this point could lead to problems starting the bike.

After having carried out one of the modifications (Original, 35 km/h or 60 km/h) on the EP801/EP600 engine, you must follow this further procedure:

- Disconnect the "EW-SD300" cable from the motor terminal block
- Reconnect all cables as originally
- Connect the "EW-SD300" cable to a free terminal on the motor terminal board
- Open the Shimano E-Tube 5 software
- Connect to the e-bike by pressing "NEXT"
- Ignore any messages
- Once connected, press the "UNCONNECT" button
- Disconnect the "EW-SD300" cable from the motor terminal block
- Turn on the e-bike
