My first deal actually wasn't too stressful, you've probably heard me talk about on my Property Podcast or book, I made more mistakes on later deals. I really PAID for my education in losses, and too much money left in, I'll tell you that.

Buy To Let is seen as the easy or simple method of Property, but it can still be costly. I can't even start to explain how difficult my journey in Property Investing has been.

These are mistakes that have been pretty big, and some smaller ones, here I go through the 3 ones that may really effect your first deal. Property is forgiving though, so don't be put off - just be weary.
