In Phase 1, we achieved significant milestones by providing financial and technical assistance to eight rural Tribes, applying for over $300 million in grant funding, and developing key partnerships. As we move into Phase 2, our goals include advancing ongoing projects, formalizing the New Mexico Tribal Energy Coalition (NMTEC), conducting energy assessments, developing smart community plans, and documenting successful project models for replication.
