Tosca Commander (Requires License)
Standalone application (No License required)

Resource - Resource identifier
Payload - Required for POST or PUT message
Params - Query/Path/Header parameters
Auth - Different Authentication types for API messages
Attachments - To add attachments
Advanced - To select security protocol
