Propagating, rooting, and growing time-lapse of a bok choy from a store-bought one. A bok choy scrap was cut about a couple inches off the bottom and placed on top of a glass jar filled with water. Surprisingly, it grew very well in water and quickly bloomed lots of flowers. At the 20th day, we transplanted it into soil. It then kept developing more branches, flowers, and seed pods.
