Suffice it to say there are a lot of opinions and very little answers for this question. I’d say that the fewer rounds you carry, the more proficient you need to be, but at the same time, a higher capacity does not remove the need for proficiency. History has proven that more is better, but you’ll have to determine how much more is reasonable to you.
