In a post-apocalyptic world, Thomas and his friends embark on a dangerous mission to rescue their peers from the clutches of the evil organization WCKD. The mission takes them to the Last City, a stronghold of WCKD, where they confront deadly obstacles and seek a cure for a deadly virus.
