This video, now split into two parts, offers a "hands-on" demonstration of essential aromatherapy techniques. While the names of oils might have evolved, the principles demonstrated by Victoria remain timeless.

Filming Victoria and her clientele was a virtually soporific experience all those years ago. Paired with some of my own music, I still find it pleasantly relaxing even after a quarter of a century.
