Assalamualaikum viewers today I am sharing with you a very simple and easiest way of making meatballs with gravy. I made it with chicken,must try soft and easy chicken kofta gravy recipe.





Ingredients :
Making balls :
Chicken half kg
Onion 1 medium
Green chillies 5 - 6
Garlic 6 buds
Ginger 1 inch piece
Fresh coriander handful

Making Gravy :
Onion 1 big chopped
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
Paste of 2 big Tomatoes
Yogurt half cup
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric half tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder half tsp
Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Fresh cream ( Malai) 2 tbsp
Half cup milk if required for final look
